Flowers were never received by the patient. She did not leave hospital until Thursday afternoon. A lot of money for her to receive nothing. Money was wasted.

I was contacted by Sandra to advise of shortage of a particular flower therefore giving me the option to replace with another similar, even sending me a photo. This has never been done with other companies, my recipients never received what I actually ordered. Very happy with this service and such a friendly voice on the phone. Firstly, thank you so much for delivering such a beautiful bundle of surprise to the birthday man! It was a last minute choice for me which turned out to be great as someone else messed up the delivery dates for a gift and bouquet and then you were my rescue. Also not to forget but a big shout out to this wonderful flower delivery person who absolutely coordinated with me and the person who was getting the surprise flowers and as he happened to be at how work place, the flowers were Infact delivered to his office rather than where I had selected. I was very confused nad stressed as to what should I get him, so I opted for the florist selection option and it was a surprise to both of us and I am sitting 1000kms away yet everything was smooth and at every point I had email updates as well as tracking option on the page for the order where I was in contact and could see when the order be delivered. Overall a wonderfully smooth experience and worth the price I must say💜🤗

I loved that the florist phoned me when one of the flowers in the bouquet was not available and offered different options to replace the flower, I’ve never had this service before and it was greatly appreciated! I also received an email once the bouquet had been delivered which I also haven’t experienced before!
