When will my order be delivered?

Your delivery will be made on the date you select. Standard deliveries will arrive between 8am and 5pm to business addresses and between 8am and 7pm to residential addresses.

Will my order include a gift card?

Yes, we offer a complimentary gift card with all orders, neatly tucked inside an envelope. We also offer a range of different gift cards for purchase at checkout if you prefer.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, if you place your order by 2pm we can deliver same day.

Can I arrange a specific delivery time?

Sorry, we cannot guarantee a certain specific time of day for delivery, though we will try our best to accommodate any requests. For example, if you would like your delivery to be sent late afternoon please advise us in the 'special delivery instructions' field on checkout and we will send your order with the last courier run.

If you would like to have your order delivered before 12pm noon please choose the 'express' option on checkout ('express' may not be available for all suburbs).

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges start from $9 and depend on distance from the CBD and from our warehouse in Acacia Ridge. Outer suburbs normally cost more, but we try to keep costs as low as we can.

Will my arrangement look like the picture?

Our aim is to always try to make the product like the picture. If you choose 'As Displayed' we will make it like the picture displayed, however due to seasonal variations there may be times when colours or flowers become unavailable at short notice. If we need to make significant changes to the arrangement or need to include different flowers, we will try to contact you first to ok the changes. If you choose a different colour, we will use the same flowers in the arrangement but make it to your specified colour variation.
