Didn’t have the flowers ordered. When notified it was too late to cancel and order with another supplier. Took 24hrs for a delivery. Ordered @4pm and not delivered till 5:30pm the next day. Overall disappointing service. The only positive was the sales lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful.

Feedback was they were beautifully presented. The bouquet matched to what was ordered.

Great experience and the staff were lovely to deal with. I would have preferred brighter flowers to be delivered to my dad who was unwell at the hospital, however, I did choose florists choice, in hoping it would be brighter colours to brighten up his day. Other than that, was a pretty good experience

Online chat was a bit mixed up re timing due to daylight savings so i ended up calling too. Everyone was really helpful and friendly and adjusted a standard bouquet to add some additional blooms for me. Made the process very easy. I like the emails with information which arrived very quickly Super happy with the speed of delivery I am a bit unsure that the final product was particularly colour co-ordinated - attachment one, but maybe its just me not keen on yellow and purple together (the example I ordered from - attachment two) was pinks and oranges so I probably had a particular look in my mind when I chose the option. Overall very good experience and I would use you again. thankyou
