Was so pleased to get the reassuring photos of delivery to Correct Ward & Hospital; especially as I had assumed he was in a different hospital initially & had to go in & edit my order. Good value too.

I am satisfied with all aspects of your service, but I really wanted red flowers and therefore chose the picture of red flowers on your website. Unfortunately, I received purple flowers and I later discovered a disclaimer on my order form that the requested colour might not be available. It is a pity that I was not informed that my requested colour was not in stock.
