Very happy

Only complaint I have is that the flowers were left at the front door and no one knocked even though the person who was to get the flowers was home.

The bouquet of flowers I order were perfect, the flowers were beautiful colours & the wrapping was very eco friendly.

I ordered a standard bunch of oriental lilies for my mum for Mothers Day and she adores them. Very happy they came in buds so they will last a while. Thank you for the timely and smooth delivery!

It was very straightforward to get flowers to my brother for his birthday in Brisbane hospital, from us in NZ. The comms I had were friendly and professional. Pricing seemed pretty competitive from the quick look online I did before ordering with Flowers Across Brisbane.

The flowers didn’t say who the sender was. I didn’t include my name in the card message as I expected the name of the sender would be added regardless. Might be good to make this clear - or maybe I missed it.

Previous order gave a photo of the bunch upon delivery. This last order didn’t which was disappointing

The only reason I did not give a 10/10 in overall satisfaction was because the flowers were not handed to my Mum directly. They were left on her front door step and being elderly and frail bending down is difficult for her so it would have been nice if they were handed to her. I know with covid all deliveries were simply left at the door to reduce contact but we are over that now and it would be nice for the simple things to resume again.

I think it would be great if you had a selection of Birthday Cards etc... and a printing service for a message. Maybe you do, but I could not either find or use it. I do not have the flowers but the reciepient was delighted with them and said they were stunning.

Only feedback would be: - I was never sent a photo of the bouquet whether before dispatch or on delivery. - On the same day I had another order for a different address but did not receive ANY correspondence - When searching for bouquets I would have loved the ability of a search function on the website whether to narrow it down or to search for the design name I specifically liked

Beautiful arrangement

I was devastated by the tiny size of the arrangement and 4 chocolates! Never again. Unfortunately I have a more expensive arrangement coming today.

We paid over $50 for a bouquet of flowers and the roses in the bouquet we received were wilted and of poor quality. There was more leaves/greenery in the bouquet rather than the actual lilies and flowers that we ordered. Overall, quite disappointed with this purchase.
