The arrangement was smaller than expected but also rather dark in it's colour scheme - it was my Mum's 89th birthday, so I was expecting something brighter and celebratory. Also the chocolates, nowhere when selecting and ordering the chocolates does it state there will only be 4 chocs in the box - it may somewhere have said "taster box" but I think you need to be much clearer on this - especially as the photo used is that of the larger box and has a picture showing a lot more than just 4 chocs, so a bit misleading. But generally OK - I live in England and my Mum lives in Australia, so want to find a reliable and trustworthy service for sending her flowers, etc.

Was impressed with the help given over the phone and how easy it was to place my order on line. Being able to track the delivery and being given a photo of them once they were delivered was brilliant. I could then see how beautiful the arrangement looked. Would not hesitate to order from this florist again and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I am so happy with my order and the service I received on Friday. I accidentally ordered the flowers to the wrong address and Fran was super lovely and helpful. She checked with the driver to see if he was still in the area to pick them up but unfortunately he wasn't so she offered to resend them at delivery costs only. They were delivered "again" on the same day. The flowers themselves were a beautiful, large bunch of flowers for a reasonable price - such good value for money.

Hi the only feedback I have is that I ordered the pink posy arrangement but my mum got a purple arrangement delivered. Luckily she doesn't mind purple and it was a still a lovely bouquet but just a suggestion to perhaps contact the buyer if a colour choice can't be filled. Apart from that ordering and delivery was great. Thank you.

So much better than the last company I used who not only delivered late even though I placed the order a week before and the flowers were with the delivery courier for at leas 3 days and some were broken
