It was a little bit frustrating having the cost be debited from my account twice accidentally. I understand this was just an error, however, it put my account into overdraw and I relieved a small fee from my bank for this as I wasn’t expecting another $50 to be debited. Not a huge issue and not anyone’s fault, just a little frustrating! I loved that I could track the flower delivery like an uber! Was super helpful. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was lovely also! We order chocolates. Although the person in question was in it was left on the porch with no knock on the door. Subsequently the chocolates had melted slightly. Bit disappointed. The ordering process was very easy and a very good price. Just the delivery this time have ordered previously that was lacking

What a great service

The delivered product looked a lot worse than the product image photo (the promise) on the website. I took these photos two days after arrival. One of the white flowers was broken on arrival and it was stuck in the vase at the top.

Hi. I was charged twice for my order and so far have been unable to resolve the problem with the chat and was unable to reach anyone by phone. Perhaps this is due to the Easter weekend schedule. Were it not for that I would order again from you.
