The flowers I ordered for my mum were absolutely beautiful and arrived very quickly, the whole process was so simple and I will definitely be using Flowers Across Brisbane again. I’ve tried many different flower delivery companies over the years, you are by far the best!

The flowers I originally ordered were unavailable and I read the email regarding this just as flowers were on their way to being delivered - they had been replaced by an unsuitable colour flower and I let them know to try and stop delivery...the order was stopped, replaced with other flowers and delivered asap the next day. My issue was handled was with such professionalism and politeness and I will use this company for any flower orders in the future.

Good afternoon, I am very grateful for the assistance granted to myself in trying to have these flowers delivered to Starr. As I am in Adelaide, and at the time, I was transporting my brother to hospital for a procedure, it was somewhat difficult via my phone conversations (with your company) to explain my requirements for delivery. Additionally, the time frame between South Australia and Qld meant that delivery couldn't be completed on the original day. I must add, further investigation revealed on the first attempt to deliver the flowers, the delivery driver advised the gates were locked. They were not locked, but it may have appeared that way. In trying to get in touch with your company (via phone) I was unfortunately too late to make arrangements to have the flowers left at the gate. I am very appreciative of the efforts to bring this delivery to fruition, but a bit disappointed at being asked to pay another delivery fee. However, it was done. Thank you. May I also advise that I had a great deal of difficulty understanding the lass who initially contacted me via my mobile phone. I'm not deaf, but the mumbled message she was trying to convey lost me completely, and obviously left me frustrated. Perhaps, because some of us are in the senior years, more attention could be paid to how phone conversations could be improved. Having worked in Quality Control for nineteen years, I know what it means insofar as customer satisfaction is concerned, on many levels. Kind regards, Lyn p.s.
