The only disappointing thing about my order is the delivery. The flowers were for my mother-in-laws birthday, but were left on a bench in the front garden when the recipient was actually home. Recipient said nobody rang the bell or knocked on their door, so she was unaware that the flowers had been delivered and didn't find them until the following morning. We had paid for delivery on recipients birthday, but because they were just left on the bench she didn't actually get them on her birthday. Also, as the flowers had been left outside overnight in the cold weather, the lovely pink rose had started to die and lose it's colour. The flowers themselves were beautiful, the online process to order them was straight forward, it's just a shame that they were not actually handed to the recipient on the day of delivery when she was in fact at home.

We ordered 2 different bunches of flowers it would be nice if we could have written a seperate note for each bunch. My mother in law was really happy with flowers. I was really happy with the up to date messages regarding where the flowers were and when they got delivered.
