bouquet looked stunning. all extras as well as flowers arrived as ordered. they arrived before dark time which was appreciated. one minor picky thing, one of the stems of the carnation was snapped. otherwise very happy & would order again

On iPhone 16, Webpage not very good at retaining information if going off it. For example to look for details on another place on phone, did not return to same place or have all previous filled details still in place. I had a problem when it came to paying; first time. Card had expired. I could not find that order again and had to start from scratch on finally placing my order. Completion, was more by luck than good webpage.

The flowers were beautiful. Really like the cat friendly options. Was hoping to get them to her before she went to work but that didn’t quite happen. Good value for money compared to city florists who couldn’t do same suburb same day delivery.

I have used your company many times over the past 12 months or so and the flowers and delivery have been amazing. On Friday I ordered flowers for the wife of a colleague/friend who passed away from a work related cancer. I understand it was Saturday for the delivery and quite a distance however they didn't arrive until after 7pm n after he phoned Kelly he left them at the gate. I don't think he treated the flowers with the respect deserved. I have no issue with your flowers, just the delivery.

Flowers arrive 4:35pm on Friday afternoon meaning missed my wife working. I used this service as I thought delivery would be prompt and close to delivery point. Flowers arrived not open (see pic) and to be honest package overpriced.

Always easy to order and the service is very economical, fast and efficient.

Ordered at 11am and they weren’t delivered till 7.40 pm. I got reimbursed the delivery fee which was nice but hoped they had been delivered before 7pm at the latest.

I was very impressed with flowers and the communication for the order. Well done I will come back for sure
