Ordering and delivery was fine. My issue is with the quality and longevity of the flowers ordered. We followed the instructions, keeping the boquet in a vase with water and similar for the buttonhole, in a cool room out of direcr sunlight. The wedding was early the next day and they arrived just past midday. By 4pm, petals were falling off the buttonhole flower and everything (including the decorative leaves were drooping. We decided to go without as it was unusable. We looked over the bouquet and found one flower drooping, but figured surely a bouquet will last overnight. It didn’t. It was droopy the next morning and the bride took it anyway not wanting to waste them, but upon arival at the ceremony she ended up leaving them in the car, deciding they were too withered and droopy to use. We did get a call that morning from you to try to arrange fresh flowers being sent, but at that point the bride was already on the way to the ceremony.

Thank you the it made the recipients day to receive the flowers and it was much cheaper than most places. I just wanted something not too expensive but lovely. Thank you for helping me make someone's day

Earlier this month I had a fantastic experience ordering from Flowers Across Melbourne so I decided to use your Brisbane outlet for another friends birthday a you were equally as great as Melbourne. The flower box I chose was shown to be shades of pink and the one you delivered was multi coloured. this was the only thing I would say went against you and I'm not sure why the florist didn't follow the colours on the photo, in fact, I think there was only one pink flower in the whole arrangement. Other than that, I was very happy. Thank you.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with Flowers Across BNE. I thought the arrangement could have been more cheerful (colors) but realize that it may not have been possible given that it was a “pet friendly” arrangement. The pet friendly option I thought was a terrific addition and would appeal to real animal lovers. I’d never seen it before and thought it was a great idea. Well Done.! PS. Delivery and communication was a 10.

I ordered 2 lots of chocolates. They were delivered in the morning and were too melted by the time the recipient received them, She threw them out. She liked the flowers though.

I send flowers or plants to families in uk Inter flora, it takes so long to sort out currency. very expensive. You are so easy to make a order. good feed back when order is on the way. Then delivered. Daffodils in vase looked great also soft toy dog. Thank you
