I was so pleased with the flower arrangement you created for Nicky's birthday. She sent a photo and loved the gift. The colours were lovely and soft and textures nice. We couldn't afford to spend a lot, but felt our purchase was well worth the cost.

In 3 days, there’s a dead flower already. The bouquet is considerably smaller than it appears on the website. The delivery experience was amazing (according to my grandparents whom this was going to)

I found navigating the website frustrating. I had things in my shopping cart that I decided I didn't need and removed 1item. When I went to pay it had removed that item but also the flowers. Very frustrating and when I went to find the flowers again they had disappeared. Consequently I had to place another order of flowers separately which incurred another delivery fee!! Because of this I might not use your services again. I didn't have any issues once I made the order and delivery was fine. I think you need to improve website ordering and interaction.

There was an issue with the payment which was sorted out quickly and the flowers were delivered on time. I was very impressed with the service I received.
