The recipient was very happy with the flowers, they were beautiful! My only problem with the whole process was some type of glitch when paying online and then the total cost was pending against two of my accounts for a few days.

I was very impressed with the same day delivery, the flowers and gift as well as the excellent communication.

They have a wide selection of plants, flowers and gifts at various price points. I always use them to send plants and flowers to my children in Brisbane. I live overseas and I find their website one of the easiest to order through. Many do not accept UK billing addresses.
I get a notification as soon as the gift is delivered and my children say that the delivery is very good at their end and they are handed the flowers etc.
I’d really recommend them when sending flowers in the Brisbane area.

I requested that the doorbell be rung when the order was delivered.
Unfortunately that didn’t happen and the order was left out in the heat of the day even though the recipient was at home.
Luckily I spoke with the recipient and by chance saw the delivery had arrived earlier in the afternoon. M

Just very late delivery time, flowers were to be a surprise but had to end up telling daughter as she goes to bed early, I think my order was placed at 8.15 am and delivery was 7.15pm
