I was ordering from New Zealand for my sister and her husband. After visiting quite a few websites in brisbane for the most local to her and quickest delivery. My daughter was so delighted with the presentation that she sent me a photo before and after after opening it The candle beautifully boxed ( with bow ) was such a lovely touch ! . She has been unwell and I wanted to surprise her with something pretty but affordable . The potted plant was perfect and in full bloom as pictured on your site . I was disappointed by the time of arrival. Even though you state 9 - 5, I was advised it should be around 3. She had to leave by 3.30 and is yet to see them.

It’s in e mails it was very stressful for me and the nursing staff trying to find the flowers even the replacement ones it was all extremely disappointing and no real surprise for the patient it was actually very bad
