We ordered 2 different bunches of flowers it would be nice if we could have written a seperate note for each bunch. My mother in law was really happy with flowers. I was really happy with the up to date messages regarding where the flowers were and when they got delivered.

We were disappointed with the arrangement - can you confirm we received the 'deluxe' that we ordered. We really didn't think it was the $97 arrangement we paid for. A few of the flowers were wilted (see pics) and we didn't really think it was worth what we paid for

As I live in the UK it is sometimes difficult to get what you want, but flowers across Brisbane made it very easy and I’m pleased with the quality and the delivery, thank you Mr Alexander topping.

The flowers delivered were my second order this last month and as usual very delightful. The only minor issue I had was the delivery. 'Divy" delivered correctly to the building and took photos of that. HOWEVER that was 11.30am approx according to tracking. My daughter has doorbell online ability and she never received a message that the doorbell was rung or an alert on her phone. She was home. The flowers were delivered from the lobby to her by a neighbour at 3.30pm. SO that means she was never alerted to their arrival and that someone must have let 'Divy" into the building without him ringing the outside door intercom. Not his fault really. As I had no floor level specified. Just a minor occurrence but someone else may have removed those flowers because her doorbell was not rung or she was not phoned. I have recommend your flower company to several people as the florists are creating beautiful flower arrangements and we love them. Thankyou Gail Boyes

The flowers I originally ordered were unavailable and I read the email regarding this just as flowers were on their way to being delivered - they had been replaced by an unsuitable colour flower and I let them know to try and stop delivery...the order was stopped, replaced with other flowers and delivered asap the next day. My issue was handled was with such professionalism and politeness and I will use this company for any flower orders in the future.
