The ordering process was easy and the communication for delivery was excellent. The image of the flowers from the website was fine. Unfortunately,my Mum didn't feel that the flowers were value for money.

Overall, my experience with Flowers Across Brisbane has been pretty good. Unfortunately, the first delivery, was 'botched', and the flowers weren't received, but after ringing, the problem was rectified and a new arrangement was delivered the next day. As you can see, the arrangement was really beautiful, and was received with lots of tears and thank-yous. Basically, the service provided by your team has been phenomenal, and I would certainly be happy to recommend you, and certainly use you again in the future.

The recipient didn't receive the card message we had asked for? so they were unaware who had sent them. Do this was disappointing.

Hello there I was very happy with the flowers sent. They arrived in the late morning as I had requested and my grandson was able to receive them before he left for work. My daughter had undergone a major shoulder operation and she was surprised and delighted by the flowers. She said they were very beautiful and loved the arrangement. So it made her day and mine. As I was sending these flowers interstate, it would have been nice if I received a photo of the arrangement that was delivered, either before it left the store or as it was delivered

I purchased a wildflower bunch from Flowers Across Brisbane's website as an early Mother's Day gift for my mom! I chose this flower because it's classic yet eye-catching. The picture posted on the website is beautiful and vibrant. I purchased flowers on the 9th of May, and my mom received them the same day. She called me immediately, and when I saw the flowers, I was not very impressed—they looked completely different from the sample picture on your website. My mom mentioned that they might bloom after a few days. However, today, the 16th of May, she sent me photos of the flowers, and they still haven't bloomed at all. I expected the flowers to be more similar to the images posted on your website.
