Very easy for online shopping, tracking of delivery was great. Daughter inlaws birthday had flowers delivered to her workplace at Hyperdome, I was back home in Sydney left day before her birthday and Flowers Across Brisbane done me proud. My flowers were first not available in the colour I selected, then apparently delivered to someone else then apparently delivered correctly the next day. If it was day specific it would have been a major issue.

I just wanted to say a big thank you. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. These were for my friends 25th Wedding Anniversary and unfortunately my friend has terminal cancer and will now remain in hospital. They put a big smile on her face and Craig (husband) was enjoying the chocolates. Thank you again.

I have been very happy overall with flowers across Brisbane and have ordered 4 times now. This time was very special and important to me as it was flowers for my Nanas funeral, her favourite colour was purple so I chose my 4 lots of flowers based on this. Everything was beautiful except the purple haze box i ordered. The picture showed purple and they were so lovely, however the arrangment delivered was white. I am not sure if i overlooked this when ordering but the name and picture was misleading. I would still order again though as the delivery and quality is amazing.

The bouquet was so incredibly ordinary and this was for a friend’s 40th. I usually trust Daily Blooms for all my deliveries but decided to take the chance with Flowers Across Brisbane. The flowers were just awful.

The native flower arrangement was for my mum's 80th birthday. She was thrilled with the flower arrangement. I am a repeat customer buying flowers from yourselves every mother's day, her birthday and other special occasions.

The flowers were lovely my daughter loved them

First of all, the website was really easy to navigate, which made the whole ordering process smooth. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first because all the photos looked amazing, so I didn’t want to get my hopes up too high. But I was honestly blown away. Delivery was quick, and I appreciated getting an email straight away with updates and a request for a few extra details. It made me feel like they really cared about getting it right. My request was acknowledged, and that alone made me feel so looked after. Also, the best part - the bouquet turned out absolutely beautiful, even better than I imagined! Most importantly, it brought so much joy to the person I sent it to. I trusted this company with something special, and they really delivered. I’m genuinely so happy with the service and want to acknowledge everyone involved. You all did a spectacular job!

I thought the roses would be bigger, as observed in the online pictures, but it was still beautiful. Also the last minute change of shade of flower colour could’ve been better communicated.
