Hopefully all good The lady I spoke to said I would be able to see a picture of the flowers my sister was sent. This picture never came thru to my email

The flowers were for a daughter whowas very pleased with them and said they were lovely.

I was told the delivery driver knocked on the door dropped the flowers on the floor and sprinted I understand that there’s a time frame but the safety of the item I purchased should be ensured if no one was home leave it at the door ofcourse but they didn’t check if there was anyone everything else was perfect thankyou guys so much and it was much appreciated luckily the flowers weren’t damaged.

I was accidentally double charged when placing my order. Upon calling the store they immediately organised a refund for one of the transactions. During the process I also wanted to update some delivery instructions, and the staff made it so easy. Friendly service and always gorgeous flowers- will always order from them

I was in a slump and I wanted some beautiful flowers to brighten my day. Receiving a tiny bouquet was really disappointing. The colours of the flowers were pretty too soft in colour not the bright and uplifting colours I thought I ordered.

When there was a issue with the courier they got right onto it and for the trouble they sent a voucher for my next order and they informed me every step of the way very efficient

Delivery request was not followed, mum recently had knee replacement and flowers where left a "back" on ground in front of the door. Luckily a neighbor saw them being delivered and knew it was difficult for mum to retrieve from that door. I understand it is difficult when the delivery address is at the side how ever I did leave a request on delivery instructions Other than that mum said they where beautiful. Thank you
