I ordered this from outside of Australia and to be honest I was a bit skeptical if my order would get delivered correctly and on time. My first order with Flowers Across Brisbane to my daughter-in-law were not as big as I expected, value for money, but she loved them and the gift and also your company kindly gave me a $15.00 voucher which I used to reconnect with a dear friend of my mum's. I don't have a photo, but she said they were beautiful and that 2 girls from the reception desk at the Assisted Living Facility had brought them to her in her room. I know there was a hiccup on the Monday delivery because unfortunately the driver was delayed and therefore could not get through the locked gate. But I was kept informed all the time. I have really loved my dealings with your company and look forward to many more orders.

I was very happy with the same day delivery and quality of the flowers, however the arrangement that was delivered was definitely not as full as in the advertised image which was disappointing.

Delivery of the order had a few hiccups due to unforeseen circumstances and the team at Flowers Across Brisbane went above and beyond to help to overcome those so that the flowers could be delivered. The recipient was very appreciative of the lovely arrangement and I'd recommend them without question.
