It’s in e mails it was very stressful for me and the nursing staff trying to find the flowers even the replacement ones it was all extremely disappointing and no real surprise for the patient it was actually very bad

I was disappointed by the time of arrival. Even though you state 9 - 5, I was advised it should be around 3. She had to leave by 3.30 and is yet to see them.

Very happy. Just a little suggestion. I never saw what was delivered clearly because it was a blurry pic taken in the dark and only showed the base of the bunch/ paper. The family is grieving so I didn’t want to question them or ask for a picture. I would have liked to see a clear pic of what they received. Perhaps before it left the site it was prepared at …but otherwise, extremely glad to have this great company to bring a little joy to those who need it.

I've ordered a few times from here and this is the first time I've been a little unhappy. I was charged twice (Which was quickly addressed and rectified) which on it's own wasn't an issue. The delivery was slightly disappointing, i requested a phone call on arrival and if nobody answered please leave the flowers UNDER the stairs. I didn't get a call and the flowers were left at the TOP of the stairs where our upstairs neighbor found them and thought they were hers, bit of a letdown when my partner received flowers with an opened card in someone else's vase because they had the same name. Will think twice before ordering again.

I ordered Sunday morning and they were delivered that afternoon. Being able to track the delivery was awesome. When the recipient had to go out during the delivery window, I was able to message the delivery driver where to leave them. I was very impressed.

It is strange that the delivery lady didn’t knock or ring the doorbell. There were multiple people home and the delivery sat outside for 30 minutes before I realised the status had changed to ‘delivered’ and had to make calls to household to ensure it was in fact delivered and at the correct address, as they hadn’t received anything.

I sent the full of love arrangement from your website to a friend in hospital with terminal cancer. I chose this arrangement because of the picture which shows a bunch of vibrant flowers and in the description also. Given the circumstances I wanted to send something bright and vibrant to cheer up my friend. As you can see in the photo I have posted they were mainly white flowers and I felt quite boring and I was disappointed by the by the lack of colour and vibrancy.
