Thank you so much for your efficient handling of flowers for the very sad loss of our well-loved staff member. It was so welcoming to receive the email to let us know the flowers were on their way. This was an extremely important step as sometimes you send flowers and never know if they arrive at the destination.

The Comms was great and the order delivered as per the specified time however I was disappointed as I did mention specifically when ordering for the flowers to be handed to the recipient and this did not occur and they had been left and so were sitting there for over an hour before the delivery was reaslised.

The phone connection was poor and Jazper's name was spelt differently on the card to the new parents, that was nothing and overwehlmingly compensated by the quality flowers and gifts delivered. The phone call easily accommodated my choice of colour and type of flowers to include on a bouquet. I was really pleased with the happy and polite collaboration and speed of delivery. Definitely come back and recommend highly.

Brilliant service, flowers were delivered on the same day, I found flowers across Brisbane on the Internet from the UK. I will use company again.

Disappointed again. The flowers never look fresh. Second time ordering and they got delivered looking wilted and damaged.

The flowers were delivered on Thursday and I didn't get to see them until Saturday. They didn't look like 3 day old flowers ... looked sad and droopy. For the price I was expecting a larger bunch.
