Very happy as I was ordering them from New Zealand

I've ordered many bunches of flowers from FAM over the years for friends and family and I have never been disappointed. The flowers are always beautiful and arrive on time. This is why I continue to use Flowers Across Melbourne.

When Helene sent me picture of the arrangement of roses it was beautiful but on closer inspection I noticed the tips of the outer petals were already browning. It was same day delivery

The flowers weren’t delivered until 6.12pm - well after business hours close for the day. The recipient of the flowers had to return to her workplace to collect t the flowers as it was a long weekend.

I was very impressed. Quick service and reasonably price. The reciever of the flowers loved them. Sensing me a picture of them.

My friend didn’t receive the flowers because she moved from ICU to her ward bed.
I called the hospital and tracked the flowers down, so I assume this was not your delivery persons issue but the hospital staff.

Pink Perfection bouquet of my very unwell grandmother who just had surgery. She needed something bright.
These are far from the picture. I am soooo disappointed, when I showed her the original photo she was quite shocked too. Very disappointing.

Ordering the flowers was easy. The “chat” gave questions clear responses in a quick timely manner. The flowers available were really nice. Delivery was good - requests followed & on the day promised. A notice was also sent to me, once delivery happened, giving me details. Very happy. Will definitely use again.
