The delivery person did not knock on door or ring doorbell. Just left orchids on doorstep. Instructions were " If noone answers please leave on doorstep". Also the delivery time was quite late in the day, an earlier delivery would have been appreciated.

this was the second bouquet I have sent to this lady and the first was when she was in hospital and it was really quite a sad looking bunch of flowers.
These flowers are okay, but as you can see they look like someone just threw them together. The tulips bent and just stuck on the outside of the bunch to me. It looks like not a lot of care was taken and putting this bunch together..
It adds me to send somebody flowers who is terminally unwell and they are not what I would consider beautifully presented
