Hi. Overall I have had a better experience the last time I ordered. I recall the pic of the arrangement I ordered looked a LOT bigger than the actual arrangement delivered. Looked more the like the cheaper smaller arrangement based on reduced price. The delivery did not occur till after 6pm that evening. The day was gone and a birthday dinner was delayed because of this. The flowers were ok though knocked around a little due to being the last run. I am sure they were in better shape earlier in the day. Overall not the best experience this time. I hope this helps new customers have a better experience than I did. Thank you.

I accidentally ordered the item I wanted delivered 3 times. When I called to fix this issue, the lady on the other side was extremely helpful and fixed everything within a couple of minutes. I was waiting for it to be quite stressful, she couldn't have made it any easier for me...

Hi, I do have a suggestion if flowers are not delivered in person. Could you please make it a standard procedure to send a text message to the recipient that delivery has taken place? This could avoid confusion where purchasers don't want to go 'fishing for compliments' on their delivery if the recipient doesn't send a thank you. In my situations there were complications after a birth, and I did not want to intrude on the family by asking about receipt. As it happens all is well now with mum and baby, and the family did love the flowers gifts and said they were beautifully presented. Thanks again for you prompt service and beautiful sensibly priced products.
